What’s your cancellation policy?

A 72 hour (3 day) cancellation is required for all events. Call (785) 462-0110 or email us to cancel and reschedule.


How many people does the venue hold?

The ballroom can host up to 215 guests seated on round tables. With square tables, the ballroom holds up to 250 people.


Do you offer decorations?

Of course! For an additional fee we offer extensive design solutions and are available to answer your questions in person or via phone.


Are chairs and tables included?

Yes! We offer chairs and tables for up to 250 guests. The chairs are high back.


What about the pricing?

Pricing depends on the weekday chosen for your event and length of your event. Due to these variations, it is best to call (785) 462-0110 to get your personal pricing. We are always willing to work with you as much as we can.


Is enough parking space available?

Yes! There is ample parking close to the building.


Are there great places to take pictures?

The Brunswick Ballroom offers unique picture opportunities. Check out our gallery to see how the ballroom looks all decorated and how stunning pictures in front of our antique bar turn out.


Are you offering a smaller meeting place?

We are working on remodeling the back section of the building. In late 2018 or early 2019, we will be able to offer a space for smaller gatherings on a budget.
